This project was developed by M K Land Holdings Bhd, which bought over the area, a former Orang Asli settlement, in 1996 and started developing it. Armanee Terrace consists of one tower with three wings which are approximately 10-15m away from each other housing a total of 522 double-storey duplex units. All of them share a common lobby. Units here come with a big terrace, which has been used as a garden or an area to host get-togethers.
