Once known as an industrial area, Glenmarie has seen some redevelopment projects taken place and has changed the area scape into a more upcoming commercially viable area with Paramount Utropolis being one of them.

Paramount Utropolis, Glenmarie is the developer’s first integrated development combining residential, commercial and education elements. Anchored by KDU University College, the development caters to a diverse group of residents primarily students and young working adults. 

The development hosts 1,035 serviced apartments, 428 lifestyle suites and 120,000 sq. ft. retail podium. The serviced apartments built ups range between 797 sq. ft. and 1,202 sq. ft. while the lifestyle suites ranges between 447 sq. ft. and 635 sq. ft. 

The development also offers condo facilities which are shared per every two blocks for a seamless integration between lifestyles. Paramount Utropolis also includes a 4-star hotel “Mercure”, a 230-key hotel by AccorHotels.

<h3>Our verdict</h3> 

Since its launch in 2013, the development has received good responses from both homeowners and investors alike as the development is strategically located next to KDU University College.
