Riana Green is one of the more popular dwellings among its Damansara peers. It is one of the products that marks the standard of IJM Land, a prominent and prolific local developer under the construction giant IJM Corporation. Analysis

One of the main selling points for Riana Green is its address in Tropicana, a prime suburb in Damansara associated with those who can afford golf club memberships. Secondly, despite having been exposed to the elements for more than a decade (the first block – more than two decades), the management has done a good job in maintaining it in good condition. It is a good investment for recurring rental income. The strong demand comes not just from expatriates, but also families with school-going children, college students and those whose rice-bowls are within the bustling vicinity. For own-occupation, if you don’t mind the morning congestion caused by school-going traffic and international neighbours ranging from Asians to Middle-Easterns, it is a prime address to live in.
