1Medini is a mixed development project by WCT Holdings Sdn Bhd. It consists of a commercial hub, a condominium and garden villas. There is a total of 1,366 units within the project, and was completed in 2015. The condominium, 1Medini Residences consists of 2 towers, housing 1,332 residential units. The 1Medini Garden Villas is of low-density nature, only having 18 semi-detached villas under its name. The commercial area, 1Medini Hub, has 16 shop-office units. The development’s condominium has 9 different layouts offered. The built-ups range from 720 sf to 1,510 sf, and is fit for couples, families of small to medium size and working adults. The more compact units are Type C, C1 and D, where they only have 1 bedroom and bathroom, while the largest unit is Type E1, a duplex that has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 1Medini has a wide range of facilities to complete most of the residents’ needs and wants. For social gatherings, a barbecue area, a sky garden, and lounges have been prepared. There is also a gym for tenants to make use of, as well as an infinity lap pool on the facilities floor. A large landscaped garden located at the centre of the development is a place where tenants can go and get some fresh air, or even have some recreational activities at. The residence also has round-the-clock security system, and its location away from the busy parts of town would give occupants a sense of fortified safety. 1Medini also has a wide range of amenities to be enjoyed once its surroundings have been completed, particularly the Johor Bahru Paradigm Mall which will be located nearby. Apart from that, the 1Medini Hub can be one of the main sources of amenities that is close to the residences. Meanwhile, Gleneagles Hospital Medini is actually just walking distance from the condominium, and there will be a large landscaped park named Mahkota Park that can be enjoyed by residents soon. Bukit Indah is also a short drive away from the area, where there are restaurants, entertainment outlets, offices, workshops, as well as an AEON and a Tesco Hypermarket. 1Medini can be reached easily by using the Lebuh Kota Iskandar route. This route subsequently joins to the Sultan Iskandar Highway, which will lead to Legoland, Puteri Harbour, and Horizon Hills.
