of Old Klang Road. It is a development taste and refinement, situated in one of the hottest areas of Kuala Lumpur as of
2015. D’Sands Residence is a rather subtle project that has not had much advertising, but has enjoyed excellent sales
The concept of D’Sands Residence lies in excellent connectivity. Located on the trunk road of Old Klang Road,
connectivity certainly isn’t an issue here. There is the Federal Highway and Smart Tunnel barely 10 minutes down the
road and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) is just down the other end. A few minutes into Kuchai Lama and
there is the Maju Expressay (MEX), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and North-South Highway.
From D’Sands Residence, the Kuala Lumpur City Centre is only 15 minutes away, Petaling Jaya at 10 minutes and
Bandar Sunway at perhaps 20 minutes. Getting to Cheras will take less than half an hour and driving to the Kuala
Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) will take less than an hour.
A short distance down the road heading to Kuala Lumpur is Mid Valley Megamall which is the closest shopping mall to
home besides Sunway Pyramid. At Mid Valley Megamall there is the Seputeh KTM Station and by heading to Petaling
Jaya via the Federal Highway, residents will also have access to the New Pantai Expressway (NPE). With its amazing
access to all highways, it is no surprise that D’Sands Residence is promoting itself based on its location.
Although situated on commercial titled land, D’Sands Residence will be under governance of the HDA which means
that residents will have residential rights as opposed to if buying a commercial property. Believed by buyers to be one
of the better valued developments in the area, there were many rumours that buyer of Southbank Residence switched
their interests over to D’Sands Residence.
Although there were some concerns about the developer in the early stages, many buyers are very confident in the
developer due to their short but excellent record of well-built projects.
