These homes may not have a very robust looking exterior, but they nevertheless have a full range of facilities in a very affordable apartment. Although touted to be a good future investment by its sellers, Damai Apartment does not on a very objective level have much of a prospect, as not only are the majority of the tenants of the lower income bracket which might not appeal to buyers of the higher income bracket; its leasehold title is also a drawback to its price appreciation.
