Eco Spring is a gated and guarded garden township located in the Tebrau corridor, an area in Johor that is deemed as a location with a high potential for growth. The development is targeted for completion in May 2017. Up to 13% of the development’s prime land is occupied by nature, emphasizing the “garden” concept of the township. Influenced by the springtime concept of the development, Eco Spring’s landscape is composed from tree-lined boulevards with separate pedestrian and cycling lanes, lakes, roundabout gardens and expanses of colourful flowers to express the atmosphere of the uplifting season. Residents will also have access to a large recreational park and clubhouse with state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor facilities. Eco Spring houses, inspired by European Tudor structures, are striking in outlook with deep shady roof pitches, contrasting monochromatic architectural details and sophisticated facades. There are 2 categories of units offered – double-storey semi-detached houses and double-storey cluster houses. Within the first category there are two types – Kent Residences (50 ft x 80 ft) and Chester Residences (42 ft x 80 ft). Both come with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, as well as high ceilings, tall windows, a seamless open plan layout on the ground floor, walk-through wardrobe in the master bedroom and timber strips in the first floor living areas. The second category also consists of two types, Bradford Residences (35 ft x 80 ft) and Dover Residences (32 ft x 80 ft). The 4-bedroom and 4-bathroom Dover Residences are designed with distinctive roofs reminiscent of steep French mansard roofs, forming a majestic high, sloping ceiling in the master bedroom. There are two options of layouts available, whereby in one of them the family area is replaced with an extra study area adjoining the master bedroom. The 4-bedroom and 5-bathroom Bradford Residences, on the other hand, have an optional second layout with an attic located under the sloping roof eaves, which can function as a study area for the master bedroom. Eco Spring is located within a convenient distance from supermarkets, hypermarkets, higher education institutions, international schools, medical centres, finance centres, transport hubs and connections to major highways like the North-South Expressway (NSE). The Johor Bahru city centre and Singapore are 20 minutes away via the Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL), while Sunway College, KFCH International College, AEON Tebrau City and Tesco are just 10 minutes away.
