As it is surrounded by many other low-cost housing developments, there is very little sense of privacy for the residents. Also in the lacking department is the facilities offered by the development, which is barely enough to cater to the residents’ daily needs. Prospective buyers had also earlier complained about the poor quality and workmanship towards the construction of the place as they noticed cracks and holes forming on the walls.
