Isle of Kamares @ Setia Eco Glades is the third phase of Setia Eco Glades, launched by property developer SP Setia. It is one of the eight glades that span across 13.69 acres of land in Cyberjaya. Inspired by Mediterranean architecture and way of life, there are two types of luxury apartment blocks that will be built on the Isle of Kamares, namely the Type A Agalia consisting of 1,512 sf units and the Type B Harmonia comprising 1,414 sf units. The apartment blocks here will consist of three floors housing four separate corner units per floor with 3+1 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Each apartment block comes with its very own passenger lift, exquisite courtyard that leads towards spacious and beautiful gardens and waterways. The Isle of Kamares is to be filled with tropical plants to not only provide stunning views but to also help with the conservation of local flora and fauna. Large parks with cobble stones and tall Greek columns, gardens filled with greenery and herbs of all kinds, as well as water features, ponds and water canals will provide a dreamy and tranquil backdrop for future home-owners. To date, 1,500 trees have been transplanted to aid local conservation efforts. The gated community will also enjoy the benefits of a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor pool deck, a multipurpose hall, a gym, prayer rooms and many more amenities. The Isle of Kamares will also be home to the Hammock Club that comes with an infinity pool overlooking the luxurious development. The development is accessible via the Maju Expressway (MEX), the North-South Central Link (ELITE), the Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP) and the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE). It takes 20 minutes to reach the city centre and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
