Kemuning Utama is a residential self-contained township located within Kemuning in Shah Alam with high rise and landed properties, and is accessible through several highways. Developed by Paramount Property Development a subsidiary of Paramount Corporation, Kemuning Utama is a gated and guarded community where security checks are conducted from time to time. Built on filled land, land subsidence was a concern of the original buyers who were worried about finding hairline cracks on their homes, but were reluctant to pass up the chance to purchase a home in an obviously upcoming area.
