Apart from that, a commercial area is also behind the apartment, where tenants can find various offices, service centres, restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores. It is also just a short drive away to Jalan Kemajuan, where more amenities are located within office buildings and industrial areas, such as Jaya One, PJ33 and Dataran 3Two. Other commercial outlets such as Amcorp Mall and amenities can be found just down the road. Tenants can also enjoy the plenty of recreational spots nearby, such as futsal courts and Taman Jaya. Menara Bakti is also close to some schools and universities, such as SK Sri Petaling, SMK (L) Bukit Bintang, and Brickfields Asia College. The apartment can be easily reached via the Federal Highway, which is just an arm's length away. Via the Federal Highway, tenants can also reach other major highways, which includes the SPRINT Highway, giving access to Jalan Duta, and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), which provides access to Subang Jaya.
