Penduline sits on a 54.95-acre leasehold land in Bandar Rimbayu’s Fauna precinct. It comprises of 625 2-storey linked homes. Penduline is developed in four phases. The first phase was launched in 2015 with subsequent launches in 2016. The linked homes have a land area of 20’x70’ and built ups ranging from 1,771 sq. ft. to 2,283 sq. ft. The price of these units starts from RM356 per sq. ft. Approximately 80% of these units have been sold. The linked homes are slated for completion in 1Q2018. As the developer, IJM Land strategically targets buyers in their 20s and looking to own a starter home, these linked homes are designed to flow seamlessly from one room to the next and the downstairs study room is created large enough to double up as a bedroom if need be. This is a huge plus for young growing families. These homes feature high ceilings and large window panes to encourage good ventilation and invite natural light into the space. Each unit will also be equipped with fibre-optic internet access. To further enhance the development’s appeal, an 8.4-acre green space is allocated comprising of central park, a football field, a multipurpose court, a futsal court and several pocket parks.
