Symphony Residence is a beautiful development that is to be located in the upcoming township of Semenyih, at the borders of Kajang. It is part of an integrated development which includes a Mydin hypermarket, and will include a native neighbourhood mall by the name of Symphony Mall. Symphony Residence is only one of the components, and is a development that is targeted toward families. The name Symphony Residence as according to the developer was chosen as it symbolises happiness and tranquility, hence a healthy lifestyle. The developer of Symphony Residence is SSH Group, who have a healthy collection of completed properties under
their belts. Some of their past projects include Zenia, Taman Anggerik, Taman Harmoni, and Taman Maju Jaya; all of
which were very well received by buyers for their quality and affordability.
Symphony Residence is no different from its predecessors. Its launch price is lower than the average starting from only
RM280,800, while what Symphony Residence offers is more than reasonable with an extremely low density of only 336

area. There will also be the typical multipurpose hall, while the most outstanding facility here would be the Sky Lounge and Open Bazaar area.
Residents of Symphony Residence will enjoy a very quiet and peaceful environment due to its rather outskirt location surrounded by many landed properties. The area is however set to change drastically in future with the upcoming LRT Line 3 heading into town, and the Rafflesia International School located around the corner. With a number of other major developments already in motion, Symphony Residence is expected to enjoy significant capital appreciation in the coming years.
