Despite the lack of facilities in the apartment, amenities are aplenty in this area such as eateries, clinics, banks, shop lots, and even a weekly night market. Retail outlets and supermarkets can also be found in the nearby Sunshine Farlim Mall, and an Econsave, while Pranging Mall in Georgetown is also not far off. Schools such as the Kong Min Primary School, Sri Aman International School, Air Itam Secondary School, Seri Indah National School, and Chiao Nan Primary School are all within walking distance. This area is also packed with kindergartens like Tadika Permata Ria, Jet Kinderland, Melody Farlim, Omega Kinderland and a QQ Kindergarten and Nursery. Accessibility is good with the property being reachable through Jalan Thean Teik, which itself can be navigated through Jalan Angsana all the way to Lebuhraya Thean Teik. Bandar Baru Air Itam or even Farlim is also just a short drive away. Though Georgetown is not much of a distance way, the traffic in the Air Itam area may prolong the journey to and from the city centre, especially during peak hours, weekends and public holidays when tourists flock to the Kek Lok Si Temple nearby. Overall, Taman Hui Aun is a decent apartment residence for those looking to own a mid-range property. Location itself is good despite the traffic and amenities are all within reach. As a property to actually stay in, buyers should take note that the property and most others in the neighbourhood are a little old in age. Hence, they may want to browse other newer properties in nearby Farlim. From an investment perspective, it is a little lacklustre, though it serves its purpose very well for those working nearby.
