About this project

Taman Kantan Permaiis one of Kajang’s many residential developments, central to the township of Kajang. While it is one of the older developments, the majority of these homes are well maintained. While the value of these homes have been increasing on a year-on-year basis, this housing development came from humble origins. Originally a project that was abandoned for 18 years, the Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB), took over the project in the year 2005 and completed it in the year 2008; much to the joy of the buyers.
