About this project

Taman Suterais a mixed development located in the township of Kajang. While the homes here are fairly affordable and desirable, it is said that there are many factories which surround the area; and there are hence many foreigners who rent the more affordable low cost apartments in the area. The factories are also alleged to emit foul odours which bothers the residents. These factors have turned off many a buyer in the past, despite their liking for the neighbourhood. There have also been complaints that some of the roads leading to the residential areas are perpetually congested; a factor which has further added on to the reluctance of purchasing a home here by potential home buyers.
