About this project

Templer Heights is a beautiful development of homes in the natural surroundings of Templer Park. It exclusively features bungalow lots, located on elevated land with views of the Perangsang Templer Golf Club. It is a resort-themed development, which is located very much on the outskirts of the city. Accessibility to the city is nevertheless very convenient, if rather congested during peak hours. Despite its lofty prestige, Templer Heights has experienced two landslides in the year 2009, where one was was above Jalan 3/1 in Templer Heights and the other in the golf course. There were fortunately no casualties reported, although the incident caused an outcry of concern from the residents resulting in stringent rules for all future developments on the hills of Templer Heights.
