Commuting via public transportation is also convenient from The Azure Residences as many buses pass by the area on the main road where there is a bus stop, and taxis also frequent this area especially with the mall nearby. The Kelana Jaya LRT Station while not within walking distance is only a 5-minute car ride away. An added boon of being directly connected to Paradigm Mall is that the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) shuttle busses have a route from the shopping mall which runs from the wee hours of the morning to late hours of the night making this a major plus point for frequent travellers. The homes at The Azure Residences were bought mainly by property speculators for the anticipated rental yield that The Azure Residences will bring. Its prices were reasonable for its location and its sizes, and with every unit coming with a minimum of two parking lots, the project was a hot sell in the market.
