Although located in a seemingly backwater location, Tiara South is well located to many highways. The highways
closest to home is the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway and Grand Saga Highway that connects residents convenient to Cheras and Kajang. Amenities are also aplenty and are located nearby the area, with the Tesco hypermarket with a stone’s throw of a
distance, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) are also a short distance away. With the city limits expanding as land grows scarce in the city,
