higher maintenance fee will also ensure that Vila Vista will be well maintained to present a decent facade. It was also
hinted that collection of maintenance fees and sinking funds will be strict to ensure sufficient funds for the upkeep of

both the inside and outside of the residence with the purpose of enabling it to be rented out as a studio unit once the
