Vilarisis a collection of landed homes built on freehold land in the seaside town of Batu Uban, Penang. The 56 semi-detached units were just recently completed in early 2016, and are also known as courtyard homes, due to each unit featuring an indoor garden courtyard. Surrounded by landscaped parks within a gated and guarded perimeter, Vilaris is a quaint and luxurious neighbourhood 2016 Jan (Year of Completion). This project was completed 4 years ago which remains peaceful despite being within a bustling town. The ingeniously designed homes are flexible for families of all sizes. As such, the price these attractive homes demand are on the high-end, with launch prices ranging between RM1.6 million to RM4.2 million. Just months after completion, the homes can be found on the subsale market for at least RM2.1 million. Vilaris is situated close to established townships like Sungai Dua, Sungai Nibong, and Bayan Baru. As such, amenities like convenience stores, mini markets, eateries and more are within range of the development. About 10 minutes away is also Queensbay Mall, and the Bayan Bay commercial hub just beside. Hypermarkets like a Giant, Tesco and Tesco Extra are also nearby. To add, there are numerous schools in the vicinity, namely SK Sungai Gelugor, SMJK (C) Phor Tay, Kwang Hwa Primary School, SRJK (C) Keong Hoe, and Shih Chung Primary School (branch). Accessibility is also a strong point for Vilaris, with direct access to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway possible. The first Penang bridge is mere minutes away while the industrial zone of Bayan Lepas is about 10 minutes’ drive from there. Georgetown is a 20-minute or so journey further up north.
