Bukit Antarabangsa which is translated to “International Hill”, is as its name indicates; a highland. Popular amongst both Malaysian and international dignitaries and celebrities, Villa Duta is one of the older condominiums in the area that is still highly sought after. Due to the type of soil that makes up the hill which encourages water absorption instead of a surface runoff, soil movement is possible during extremely heavy rainfall during monsoon seasons; of which a landslide occurred in both 1993 and 2008.
