**##Review##**Wisteria is the fifth phase launched by IJM Land in their 1,879-acre township development of Bandar Rimbayu in Shah Alam. The development is situated on a 23.1-acre leasehold land with an allocated 10 homes per acre totalling 231 2-storey link homes. These homes have built ups between 2,388 sq. ft. and 2,492 sq. ft. with land areas of 23x75 and 23x80. There are three distinct types; A, B and C which features 3+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The homes are equipped with home alarm system, solar panel water heating system, rainwater harvesting system, high-speed broadband ready while maximises natural light and ventilation.Wisteria is slated for completion in February 2018.**##Our Verdict##**Wisteria is an upgrade from the previous phases, with the starting price from RM390 per sq. ft. upon its launch in May 2015. However, this price point is justified in the extra features the homes are equipped with. Wisteria also emphasises on the nostalgic memories we have when we were growing up and with safety in mind. Fast forward a few years, Bandar Rimbayu will definitely be a vibrant and bustling self-sustained township that accentuates nature and quality community living.
