PUTRAJAYA (Sept 24): The Court of Appeal (COA) today allowed the family of slain Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu's appeal to obtain recorded statements by the police of witnesses who were either called or not called during the criminal trial.

PUTRAJAYA (Dec 8): A five-member Federal Court bench has dismissed former chief inspector Azilah Hadri's review application to set aside an earlier decision by the apex court five years ago to convict him in the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu.

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 8): Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak (pictured) may file an application to expunge ex-chief inspector Azilah Hadri’s affidavit involving the murder of Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu in 2006 after the Federal Court today dismissed Azilah’s bid to set aside his (Azilah’s) conviction and death sentence, according to Najib’s lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah.

PUTRAJAYA (June 22): The Shah Alam High Court will deliver its decision on July 22 regarding a discovery application from the family of slain Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu to obtain a copy of the witness statements of the accused as well as the other witnesses who had testified in the trial.
