PUTRAJAYA (July 22): The High Court today dismissed an application made by the family of slain Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu to obtain all the written statements from witnesses in the criminal case.

PUTRAJAYA (July 17): The Federal Court here had today fixed Dec 8, 2020 to hear former chief inspector Azilah Hadri's revision application to set aside his conviction and death sentence for the murder of Mongolia national Altantuya Shaariibuu in 2006.
PUTRAJAYA (June 22): The Shah Alam High Court will deliver its decision on July 22 regarding a discovery application from the family of slain Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu to obtain a copy of the witness statements of the accused as well as the other witnesses who had testified in the trial.
PUTRAJAYA (March 20): The April 20 hearing of former chief inspector Azilah Hadri's review application for his conviction and death sentence in the murder of Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu, has been maintained by the Federal Court.
PUTRAJAYA (March 17): Former police officer Chief Inspector Azilah Hadri, convicted with murdering Mongolian lady Altantuya Shaariibuu with another cop, has indicated they are opposing former premier Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak's application to intervene in his review of the conviction and sentence at the Federal Court.
