KUALA LUMPUR (July 15): Ekovest Bhd said today it will not proceed with its heads of agreement (HOA) with Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Sdn Bhd (IWH) to buy into the Bandar Malaysia project, following the lapse of Putrajaya's RM7.
