Eco World International stated that the declaration of the first interim dividend follows the completion of the reduction of the issued share capital of the company pursuant to Section 117 of the Companies Act 2016 (Capital Reduction Exercise) which had been announced on Aug 3, 2023.
On track to declare 1st tranche dividend of at least RM300 million.

In just three months, EcoWorld International’s net cash position has improved from RM172.
This is the group's highest quarterly net loss since it was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia in 2017.
“We expect core net loss to narrow in 4QFY22F, supported by the handover of units in EcoWorld-London projects.
Loss is partly due to fewer handovers of properties sold in Australia in the current quarter.
