PR1MA lowers debt to RM12b

屋所不谈:确保先租后买计划成功的五个要点

根据房屋与地方政府部长Zuraida Kamaruddin近期发表的谈话,数个先租后买(简称RTO)计划将在9月推出。 她也指出,该部门正与数家银行合作推出这些计划,并尤其瞄准收入RM3,000及以下的阶层,而这些计划的推行已经进入最后阶段。 房屋买家协会(简称HBA)在原则上支持先租后买计划,但前提是这些计划能够真正协助到人民买到首套房屋,尤其是那些中低收入阶层的人们。 HBA在过去曾作出呼吁,让这些先租后买计划纳入中收入或M40阶层。因为这些计划一般的目的,是通过人民房屋计划(简称PPR)等公共房屋项目的方式,来协助低收入阶层、市区的贫穷阶层或B40阶层。 但随着房价和生活成本走高,即使是每月家庭收入中位数达RM6,275的M40阶层,也面临着买房的挑战。对此,HBA相信在将M40阶层纳入先租后买计划的情况下,才能够在买房方面为人民提供长远的协助。 而为了确保这些先租后买计划能够成功,它们必须具备以下要素: 1.
