News about Lebuhraya Borneo Utara Sdn Bhd

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 7): Ekovest Bhd and its wholly-owned subsidiary Ekovest Construction Sdn Bhd (ECSB) are being sued by their former joint venture partner Samling Resources Sdn Bhd over a dispute involving work on the Sarawak portion of the Pan Borneo Highway project.

KUALA LUMPUR (Spet 6): The government has decided to terminate the project delivery partner (PDP) agreement for the Sarawak portion of the Pan Borneo Highway project although nearly half of the first phase has been completed, sources close to the matter said.
