KUALA LUMPUR (May 9): Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd (formerly Fututec Bhd) is set to win a contract worth RM300 million from property developer BCB Bhd to build a major high-rise project in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor, according to sources.
AS A greenfield development, Iskandar Puteri in Johor, formerly known as Nusajaya, has gone through two growth phases — infrastructure and property development.
