Jho Low in UAE, has asylum in third country

PETALING JAYA (Oct 31): The key figure in the 1Malaysia Development Bhd scandal Low Taek Jho, better known as Jho Low, is currently in the United Arab Emirates and and has obtained asylum in another country on the basis of human rights and political persecution, legal sources told The Malaysian Insight (TMI).

Saudi Foreign Minister who confirmed Najib's "donation" to meet Mahathir

PUTRAJAYA (Oct 26): Saudi Arabia Foreign Minister Adel Ahmed Al-Jubeir, who reportedly had in 2016 said the multi-billion ringgit funds received by then prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak was a "genuine donation", who is currently in Malaysia for a three-day (Oct 24-26)  working visit, will meet Malaysian leaders in Putrajaya today, according to Bernama.
