In a filing to Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday, Suria Capital announced its collaboration with BEDI Development, a 75%-owned unit of EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd, to develop two parcels of land measuring approximately 14.
Bangsar Hill Park was launched in August 2020, and is expected to be fully completed over the next eight years from the date of the announcement of the RPT (Jan 29), with estimated costs of around RM1.
KLCCP said it has entered into a share purchase agreement with Ocmador (Malaysia) City Retail Centre Sdn Bhd, Port Moresby Investments Ltd and Bold Peak Sdn Bhd for the proposed acquisition.
In a trading stocks note on Friday, the research house said that if a breakout above that level happens, the stock may trend upwards further towards 58 sen, followed by the next resistance point of 62 sen, which is also the 4-month high.

It is worth noting that the provision of financial assistance is a related party transaction as Sunsuria KL Sdn Bhd (SKLSB) owns 16% equity interest in BHPDSB and Suez Capital Sdn Bhd (Suez) owns another 29.
MARC said the rating affirmation incorporates Sunsuria’s property development approach, healthy overall take-up rates, and low inventory level.
