Other amenities include suraus (Surau Mutiara Damansara and Surau Perdana), Christian Life Gospel Centre, post office, Mutiara Damansara Police Station, petrol station, banks, clinics (including veterinary clinics). Amenities in adjoining neighborhoods within a short drive include schools, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Centrepoint, Giant Kelana Jaya, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Carrefour, Selangor Polo Country Club and The Club. Accessibility and Transportation

The excellent network of roads allows easy access via Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Persiaran Surian. Additionally, a 100 foot spinal road links Mutiara Damansara via the Bukit Lanjan interchange, onto the Penchala Link to the SPRINT Expressway.
