About this project

Kiaraville is a high-rise luxury condominium located in the posh enclave of Mont Kiara. Jointly-developed by Binaderas, Capitaland Financial and OCBC Bank, it is strategically located and is just a short drive away from Mont Kiara international school.  This project, by renowned architecture firm BEP Architect, was completed in the year 2008. With 6.8 acres of land (one of the largest land area of any projects in Mont Kiara), Kiaraville consists of six blocks of condominium towers with 9 to 18 stories and the built-up size is 1,593 sq. ft. to 3,935 sq. ft. per unit in the following configurations:

The T852 feeder bus (operating every 10-15 minutes from 5.30am to 11.30pm, RM1 per trip)  connects residents to the Pusat Bandar Damansara MRT Station (Entrance B) and various residential, educational and commercial centres such as:
