D'Majestic is a freehold high-end residential development located in Pudu. It is located on a prime piece of 0.5 acre land that is very near to the city centre. The developer expects phase one of the development to be completed by early 2015. The developers of this project are PJD Group, and the units within are to be managed by the reputable hotel-management group, Swiss-Garden International Hotels.

D'Majestic will be contained in one 20-storey block which would house nine floors of Majestic Residenz, five floors of Majestic Suites, four floors of car parks, one level of commercial business area, and the rooftop would be the recreational area. D'Majestic is located very near to the centre of the city, where a vast array of amenities are easily accessible.
