I am Alex Goh, a Resident Manager of Polygon Properties Sdn Bhd and Real Estate Agent/ E-License Holder registered under Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia (BOVAEP). I am a Bachelor Degree holder in Estate Management of University Malaya (UM). I have 14 years experience in the real estate industry since I embarked on this field in year 2008. I am mainly focusing/ specialising in selling/ leasing of residential properties in KL City Centre & KLCC area. Apart from that, I am also engaged in diverse property marketing such as sell/ lease of commercial/ industrial properties as well as new project marketing. Throughout my 14 years career path, I have assisted many clients (vendors/ landlords/ buyers/ tenants) in achieving their property needs & goals. I have concluded quite a number of property transactions for local & multinational clients and have been gaining a good reputation & trust from them. I have been maintaining a good working relationship with all my real estate counterparts/ referrers and uphold a high standard of ethics & integrity. I have joined a few agencies throughout my work journey including Bernard Realty, CBD Properties, CK Global Realty and currently with Polygon Properties Sdn Bhd. I was also one of the top achiever agents for Bernard Realty (2009 - 2012) and CBD Properties Sdn Bhd (2012 - 2019).
