portfolio, aligning with my clients goals, achieving its financial objectives & maximizing their asset value. At present, I oversee my clients
portfolio of properties - RM 13 billion of more than 110 assets for sale and RM 20 million of more than 35 assets for rent.

1) Land 5 acres - 15 acres for residential development in Klang Valley / Penang / JB.
2) Land 200 acres - 500 acres for landed properties development in Klang Valley / NS / Penang / Perak.
3) Land surrounding Permas Jaya / Plentong area / Johor South. My client want to buy 50 / 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 /
500 to 1,000 acres for residential mixed properties development.
4) Special & Distressed property - resort hotel or bungalow / island / beach land or bungalow / building & others in Klang Valley and other states.
Where possible, I utilise the knowledge and experience of the business or asset’s existing management to reduce costs and deliver the most
efficient outcome for distressed property.
