A humble introduction about me:

Before joining real estate industry, I was attached to an International Mining Company as a Personal Assistant to a Director for a nearly 8 years.   I took a leap of faith quit my stable income career and join Real Estate Industry as Real Estate Negotiator till todate with more 10 years experiences and exposures. :)

My vision is to assist my client to build wealth through real estate and meantime to assist my clients to find their dream home and right investment.

Throughout my journey, I gain some good experiences and exposures like:

right terms during the tenancy
# To assist company employees and expatriates to find their
accommodation and assist them in setting up their accommodation
smoothly.

#  To help overseas client to manage their tenancy

#  To assist foreign investors to acquire their property for investment
purpose  To assist MM2H / Second Home foreign purchaser to acquire
their first property for their own stay in Malaysia.

I am passionate and committed to serve my client through keep developing myself by sharpening skills and knowledge.   Therefore, I obliged to keep equipping and updating myself with current market information in order to advise my clients with the latest market trend with accurate information. This is crucial as to allow my clients to make the right assessment before making any decisions.     I am truly appreciate and blessed to know many good clients and friends giving me opportunities to serve their real estate matters.
