Career Journey
Eva Tan has always been a consistent high achiever, excelling across multiple industries before discovering her true passion in real estate.
She brings with her more than 10 years of experience in accounting and audit management with listed companies in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Driven by her love for people and dynamic work, Eva transitioned into the insurance industry as a Life Planning Advisor.
With her eagerness to learn and strong drive to succeed, she quickly rose to become a Unit Manager in a very short time.
In 2013, Eva set her sights on real estate, an asset class she has always believed could transform lives. She began her career in residential project marketing, building strong relationships with the expatriate community in Johor’s award-winning Horizon Hills. Within 3 years, she became a trusted “go-to agent” among expats looking for premium homes.
By 2015, Eva took a bold step to specialize in industrial real estate, offering One-Stop-Shop solutions for global corporate clients. With strong support from her agency and her own relentless commitment, she quickly established herself as an industry leader, winning Top Agent of the Year for 3 consecutive years.
In 2024, Eva achieved another major milestone by becoming the Branch Owner of Southkey, where she now leads and mentors a growing team of over 80 real estate negotiators.
Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, she began her EMBA studies in 2025, aiming not only to excel in her personal sales but also to elevate her leadership and management capabilities to greater heights.
