I am a Real Estate Consultant under the umbrella of IQI Realty Sdn Bhd Before joining IQI, I am already an investor and real estate is one of my investment portfolios. I secured my first property right after I obtained my engineering degree from the United States at 24 years old. At present, I owned 5 properties and a piece of agricultural land through the process of buying new houses, subsales and even auctions. I consider myself as a real estate “advisor” as my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to what my clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction.
