Titiwangsa, is one of the closest suburbs to the Kuala Lumpur city centre, only six kilometres away.
It is easily accessible via all the main highways to the city, namely the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), Middle Ring Road 2(MRR2), Federal Highway, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puching (LDP) and Karak Expressway.
Some of the main roads to this area include Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Titiwangsa, Jalan Pahang and Jalan Genting Kelang. Titiwangsa Putra LRT and Titiwangsa Monorail also service this area.

Nearby attractions are the National Theatre or Istana Budaya, which offers concerts and musical performances from local and international companies; the National Visual Art Gallery that house more than 2,500 pieces of the country’s finest art pieces; the National Library, where its architecture was inspired by the traditional Malay headgear ‘tengkolok’; and the Sutra Dance Theatre that established in 1983 by Ramli Ibrahim to develop traditional and contemporary performing arts in Malaysia through the creation of strong original works.
The suburb has local and international F&B outlets, banks, learning academies, retail outlets and medical centres - Kuala Lumpur General Hospital and KPJ Medical Centre. There is also the PDRM Golf Club and hotels such as Grand Seasons Hotel, Vistana Kuala Lumpur Titiwangsa and Hotel Putra Kuala Lumpur.
