Overview

Bandar Botanic and Bandar Bukit Tinggi are modern townships located in South Klang. They neighbor each other and also other new townships such as Glenmarie Cove. These residential townships, spread over 2,593 acres of freehold land, are developed by Gamuda Berhad and WCT Holdings Berhad, respectively.

They comprise of a variety of properties that include luxury and medium-cost apartments, double-storey link houses, double-storey super link houses, terrace and semi-detached houses, bungalows and commercial shop offices. They are both self-sustaining townships with a wide range of facilities and amenities.

The development regions of Bandar Bukit Tinggi are categorized into three areas; Bandar Bukit Tinggi 1 (BBT 1), Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2 (BBT 2) and Bandar Bukit Tinggi 3 (BBT 3). The Première  Hotel, a 300 room business and holiday hotel; The Landmark, 22-blocks of retail and corporate offices; and The Lead Residencies, 2- high rise blocks of mainly service apartments, bring in an economical advantage to Bukit Tinggi.

Amenities and Facilities

When it comes to satisfying your appetite you can choose from a vast array of food outlets such as Chinese, Western, Asian, Nasi Kandar, Mamak stalls, satay, sea food, vegetarian and fast food. If it is some retail therapy that you are in much need of then Tesco, Giant, GM Klang Wholesale City and AEON Mall (largest in Southeast Asia) are all within easy reach. Other amenities include schools, kindergartens, recreational parks, banks, post offices, police station, petrol station and places of religious worship.

Accessibility and Transportation

Both townships are easily accessible via the KESAS highway and are only 30 km from Petaling Jaya. Bandar Botanic can also be reached via Lebuhraya Pulau Indah. KLIA is only 38 km away via the KESAS or Elite highway. On the other hand, Bandar Bukit Tinggi will be accessible via the upcoming West Coast Expressway and LRT Bandar Utama–Klang Line (LRT3).
