Overview

Cheras is an established suburb in Kuala Lumpur, which stretches from Kuala Lumpur to Kajang thus sharing same state lines. Cheras 9^th Mile marks the Selangor side of Cheras. This region has several townships such as Taman Connaught, Taman Cheras, Bandar Sri Permaisuri and Maluri and is extremely well connected. Given its proximity to the city centre, the area boasts good infrastructure developments and facilities thus fulfilling the residents’ needs for city living in a suburban setting.

Existing highways such as Kuala Lumpur Outer Ring Road, SILK, Cheras-Kajang Expressway and Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Expressway (SUKE) will help to ease the current congested traffic conditions in the area.
