Overview

Damansara Perdana is an affluent fully integrated township of mixed development in Petaling Jaya. It was an Orang Asli Temuan village up until 1996 when MK Land started developing it. Damansara Perdana is within the Petaling District and governed by the Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (MBPJ).

Accessibility and Transportation

The township is extremely well connected via the New Klang Valley Expressway, Sprint Highway, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and Penchala Link, Mont’Kiara and Sri Hartamas can theoretically be reached in 10 minutes on a clear day, and Kuala Lumpur city centre in 20 minutes. The upcoming MRT Line 1 Sungai Buloh-Kajang has 3 stations nearby - Mutiara Damansara, 1-Utama and Taman Tun Dr Ismail and the LRT 3 - Bandar Utama-Klang) will further enhance the area’s connectivity.

Amenities and Facilities

Being so close and well connected to other affluent and mature neighbourhoods such as Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kota Damansara, Mont Kiara/Hartamas, Mutiara Damansara, Damansara Utama and Damansara Jaya, residents have access to all the modern facilities nearby. Damansara Perdana is minutes away from shopping malls such as 1-Utama, The Curve and IKEA. There is also the upcoming integrated development known as Empire City in the area.

Property Developments

Damansara Perdana is home to some of the notable residential development such as Armanee Terrace, the 1st duplex apartment in the area that is situated in a quiet enclave at the end of Damansara Perdana. Ritze Perdana 1 & 2 offers more studio unit types, appealing to young and mature working professionals from working nearby or in the city centre. 

Another famous landmark is the PJ Trade Centre with its architecture featuring natural light, cross ventilation and energy efficiency that has Grade A offices, eateries that are unique and eclectic ranging from Thai to Korean to Italian (Metal Box Cafe, Haraju Cube, Bungkus) ( and the Income Tax Office PJ branch (LHDN). The Empire Damansara next to it contains the Damansara Performing Arts Centre (DPAC) which brings about local and international entertainment.
