Overview
Puncak Jalil is a township primarily consisting of residential properties developed on about 801 acres of leasehold land previously inhabited by Orang Asli settlements. The construction was begun in June 2001 by Maxisegar Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Talam Transform Berhad, but development stalled midway, and in 2006 was revived as a joint venture with the boost provided by IJM Berhad. This resulted in completing the development phases and beautifying through the addition of landscaped areas. It is an integrated and self-contained township located along the Bukit Jalil Highway close to the Technology Park Malaysia. Townships adjoining Puncak Jalil include Bandar Kinrara, Taman Equine and Lestari Perdana. Sandwiched midway between Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, there is potential for growth and appreciation of property values.

Puncak Jalil is easily accessible from all key locations via a multitude of major highways and expressways such as Damansara Puchong Expressway (LDP) from Klang, Maju Expressway (MEX) from Kuala Lumpur, North-South Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Bukit Jalil Highway via Persiaran Puncak Jalil and the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway through the Serdang-Puchong dual carriageway that links Jalan Puchong to Serdang.
