Each of the two towers consists of 222 units with built ups between 1,523 sq. ft. and 2,638 sq. ft., and another 40 units (with lanai) ranging between 1,707 sq. ft. to 2,378 sq. ft. Tower A houses 6 garden villas (2,928 sq. ft. to 4,024 sq. ft.) and 4 penthouses (6,503 sq. ft. to 6,760 sq. ft.) while Tower B only houses 4 garden villas and 4 penthouses. The penthouses have added special features including its own private swimming pool, rooftop garden and a private garage with 8 parking bays each.

Seringin Residences aims to enhance your living qualities by focusing on your wellness and senses. By creating Sustainable Application of Green Energy (SAGE), Seringin Residences emphasise on the care and conservation of energy. This 2-storey complex will house multiple function rooms, an eco-discovery centre and a library with study and tuition rooms.

If you are looking for a property that is close by to the city but still emphasise on energy conservation with a reasonable price point, Seringin Residences is a development that definitely more than meets the eye.
