Developed by the renowned BRDB Developments Sdn. Bhd., TamanSari is a 245-acre freehold township located in Rawang. This 10-year township development will be developed in 16 phases. TamanSari launched its first phase, Amaryllis (1A) in 2015. While phase 1B, Camelia was launched in 2016. Upon completion, the self-sustained township will comprise of 2,000 terraced homes.

Amaryllis sits on an 11.7-acre land and comprised of 117 3-storey terraced houses with land areas ranging between 24’x65’ and 30’x70’ and with built ups between 3,033 sq. ft. and 4,003 sq. ft. While Camelia comprised of 147 3-storey garden terraced homes with land areas between 24’x65’ and 30’x70’ and built ups between 3,121 sq. ft. and 4,095 sq. ft. Prices start from RM310 per sq. ft. Amaryllis is slated for completion in 2018 while Camelia in 2019.

Adjacent to the terraced houses, TamanSari also allocates 2 acres of central park and walkways and a clubhouse to boost. TamanSari aims to be a self-sustained township consists of an international school which will be able to accommodate 1,000 students, retail shops and medical centres. The development has 24-hour perimeter fencing and security system.

<h3>Our Verdict</h3>

Located close to major highways such as the North-South Expressway and KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) and major amenities, TamanSari is poised to be a thriving integrated development in Rawang. As land is getting more expensive and scarce towards Kuala Lumpur city centre, developers and buyers will be looking towards the fringe of Klang Valley for their home or investments where properties are still reasonably priced. Rawang is one of these places located within the 30km radius from the city centre.
