SHAH ALAM (April 21): Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) will be launching its third project of the year, Bayu Malawati in Kuala Selangor, this weekend (April 22 and 23).

Bayu Malawati consists of 104 double-storey terraced houses with two layout sizes of 20ft x 70ft and 24ft x 65ft. Selling prices start from RM499,000 to RM600,000.

Some of the amenities nearby include the Kuala Selangor Mosque 1km away, a fire station 750m away, police station, hypermarkets and schools. It is 16km to the Tanjung Karang Hospital and 11km to the Kg Kuantan Royal Golf Club.

“The project is accessible via the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), the Guthrie Corridor Expressway and the Jalan Klang-Teluk Intan road,” said PKNS chief operating officer Norita Mohd Sidek during a media preview at its office yesterday.

She said up to 12% discount will be given to buyers through the PKNS Smart Ownership programme where buyers get to enjoy zero entry cost and other perks.
