Nearly 800 DWG salespersons sign on with S'pore's PropNex

SINGAPORE (July 11): PropNex is on track to becoming Singapore’s largest real estate agency in terms of sales strength.

Out of the 1,063 DWG salespersons registered with Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) as of July 7, 799 have signed an associate agreement with PropNex.

Another 46 DWG agents are expected to sign the agreement to cross over to PropNex in the coming weeks, which will bring the total number of salespersons from DWG joining PropNex to 845.

This means PropNex will have approximately 6,688 salespersons after all the transfers are complete, and based on the CEA registry on July 10, PropNex will therefore officially become Singapore’s Number 1 real estate agency.

“Since the announcement of the merger, many agencies went all out to woo the DWG salespersons to join them,” said Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex Realty.

“I am truly humbled that ultimately, 88% of DWG’s active salespersons chose to pursue their real estate careers with PropNex.”
