Amanahraya REIT appoints Ikmal as chairman
KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 19): Amanahraya Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has appointed Datuk Seri Ikmal Hisham Abdul Aziz as its chairman from today.
He replaces Tan Sri Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak who stepped down from the post on Dec 31, 2016 due to other commitments and responsibilities.
In a filling to Bursa Malaysia today, the group said Ikmal, 52, is also the chairman of Mara Incorporated Sdn Bhd. He is also the managing director of both Noble Twin (M) Sdn Bhd and TJM Sdn Bhd.
Amanahraya REIT's share price closed unchanged at 93 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM533.09 million. — theedgemarkets.com
