KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 17): LBS Bina Group Bhd saw a total of 33 million shares, representing an equity stake of 5.11%, traded off market yesterday for a total value of RM57.75 million.

According to Bloomberg data, the shares were traded in five blocks at a price of RM1.75 apiece, representing a 3.3% discount to the counter’s closing price of RM1.81 yesterday

At market close yesterday, the stock closed unchanged at RM1.81, with 3.39 million shares changing hands, bringing a market capitalisation of RM1.17 billion.

The Lim family-owned private vehicle Gaterich Sdn Bhd is the largest shareholder in LBS Bina with a 51.19% stake as at Nov 8, 2016, while Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) has an 8.77% stake as at Feb 6, 2017.
